ASP-DAC 2025: Procedures for Final Paper Submission

The Paper Submission system rigidly checks your PDF file in fonts and length. You are strongly recommended to check in advance whether your PDF file includes a problem or not.

Please check the following requirements again, and follow the procedure described below.

Please read "Submission GUIDE for Camera-Ready Manuscript" carefully before submitting your final manuscirpt.

  1. For regular papers, a final manuscript with title, abstract, figures and tables should be no more than 6 pages for regular papers (This limit can be extended up to 8 pages by paying an additional page charge).
    For invited papers, a final manuscript with title, abstract, figures and tables should be no more than 8 pages.
  2. Color figures can be included in the manuscript, which should be visible even when the manuscript is printed in monochrome.
  3. The manuscript should not include special fonts such as Asian fonts.

I. Submission Test

(Please try before submission) Test for uploading your paper file.
Your final manuscript must be in IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF format. Please re-check your final manuscript here.
Click the link "Test Page to upload your paper file", and you can visit the page for file checking and submission test of your created PDF file, consisting of the following three pages:
  1. First Page (Locating your paper file)
    After specifying the location of your paper file, please click the following button (the similar one in the system)

    (Sample) Go to Next Phase: Click this button!!

    If everything is all right then the second page appears.
    If any errors are found in checking your PDF file, then you cannot proceed to the second page. Then please check your file (especially fonts used in the file), and correct them until you succeed in visiting the second page.
    For example, to check fonts in Acrobat Reader, after opening your pdf file by Acrobat Reader, proceed as follows:
    File => Document Properties => Fonts.
    Remark: Our system requires strict checking of your files. This is necessary for editing the proceedings based on submitted files, and for viewing your manuscript as expected even on other PC's.

  2. Second Page (Checking your paper file)
    If no error is found as the result of checking your file, then please click the following button (the similar one in the system)

    (Sample) Confirm: Click this button!!

    This will lead you to the third page.

  3. Third Page (Ending the test, and leading to the actual submission page)
    If you succeed in visiting "Paper Submission" page, then checking your paper has been completed. Please click the following button (the similar one in the system)

    (Sample) Start Paper Submission: Click this button!!

    This will lead you to Phase 1 of "II. Final Paper Submission, Checking or Modification ".

II. Final Paper Submission, Checking or Modification

There are four phases. Clicking the link "Submission Page" leads to the first phase.
Phase 1. Visit Submission System
If you check or submit/modify your paper, please select "Check" or "Submit/Modify", enter Paper ID and password, and then clicking the "Check/Submit/Modify" button leads to the next phase.

Phase 2. Enter information of your paper and the location of your paper file, etc.
Please enter necessary data as directed. After entering necessary information, please click the following button (the similar one in the system):

(Sample) Go to Next Phase: Click this button!!

Then the system checks your file and go to the Phase 3. (The details on this checking has been explained above.)

Phase 3. Check the uploaded file.
If you have already succeeded in your submission test then you can open the PDF file. After checking result for the uploaded file has appeared, please click the following button (the similar one in the system):

(Sample) Confirm: Click this button!!

This leads to the final phase.

Phase 4. Completing submission of your paper.
For your confirmation, the registered data will be sent to the corresponding author by an e-mail and shown in the confirmation page.
